SCOPE & INVESTMENT

Clear pricing boundaries.
A considered investment.

We propose staged fees for discovery, pilots, implementation and ongoing support. Start with one service and use the evidence from that stage to decide what comes next.

Planning proposal · These are suggested starting budgets for the proposed service catalogue, not an effective price list, historical transaction prices or a public commitment. Formal services require agreed scope and a signed quotation.

Discuss service scope

All amounts are in Chinese yuan. Starting budgets assume a mutually agreed standard scope. The final quotation must specify tax treatment, invoicing, third-party costs, timing, changes and termination terms; this page does not assume those conditions.

NO SURPRISES

Clarify costs before they become surprises.

Does membership include enterprise customisation?

No. Learning memberships and enterprise projects are separate. Courses, resources, membership benefits and prices will be explained when the learning centre opens. Enterprise discovery, integration, on-site training and ongoing managed operations require a separate agreement.

Do discovery and pilot fees duplicate one another?

Discovery, pilots and implementation each have separate deliverables. A combined quotation must explain how existing work is reused and which fees are credited, avoiding double payment for the same deliverable.

When do we pay, and how are extra costs controlled?

We suggest payments at kickoff, milestone acceptance and handover. The quotation or agreement sets proportions and dispute handling. Agree the effort and cost of new requirements before scheduling implementation.

Do you guarantee revenue growth or a fixed cost reduction?

No. We are responsible for the agreed project deliverables and service scope. Commercial results also depend on products, markets, budgets and customer execution.
